ELENI TZATZIMAKI

Eleni Tzatzimaki was born in Athens in 1986. She studied Greek Literature at the University of Athens and continued with graduate studies at the Sorbonne University in Paris. At the same time, she studied music and jazz singing, and she released two records Kirki (2012) & Soulfully (2014). In 2009, with her first poetry collection “The Magic of Upthrust” she was nominated for the Debut Author Award in Reading magazine. Her poetry has been translated into English, French, German, Italian, Romanian and Slovenian. She has published a number of books, including “The Magic of Upthrust” (2009), “After Adulthood” (2012), “Σε ποιον ανήκει μια ιστορία;/Who does a story belong to?”, a bilingual publication translated by David Connolly (2015), “The Twin Paradox”, a poetic transcription to Yiorgos Cheimonas (2018), from Melani Publications.
